Tappd is based in Gauteng, South Africa. US orders ship from our stock inside the United States, so there are no customs or import duties.
Shipping
R70 to collect from any Pudo locker, or R110 delivered to your door. Free either way on orders of 10 bracelets or more. Most parcels arrive in two to four working days; outlying areas can take a day or two longer. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
$5 with USPS Ground Advantage (3 to 7 business days) or $10 with Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days). Free either way on orders of 10 bracelets or more. Ships from our US stock; you get a USPS tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back unworn within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item; you cover the return postage. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 30 days and we replace it or refund you in full. If a chip ever stops reading, send us a photo and your order number and we will sort it out. The full policy.

Ten to fourteen workingbusiness days for a hundred, assuming stock designs. Custom verse sets add about a week. Tell us your date and we will say honestly whether we can hit it.
Anywhere in South Africa, and anywhere in the United States through our US store, which ships from stock inside the US. You can switch store with the ZA / US button at the top of every page. For anywhere else, message us with your address and we will quote the actual postage, no markup, and let you know honestly if it is somewhere we can reach yet.
On orders of fifty or more, yes. We can also point your bracelets at a page with your own welcome message before the verse loads. Ask us for a mockup.
